Counselor's Corner Newsletter for February

This month our lesson is on Cultural Diversity.  I am reading the book The Colors of Us and we are discussing individual differences.  In the book, we find our that we are all a shade of brown and we all have the same feelings on the inside.  Therefore, we must treat everyone the same and abide by the "Golden Rule"- Treat others the way  you would want to be treated.

Character Words for February:  Fairness and Honesty

Fairness-treat others with equanimity and impartiality

Honesty-Truthful, sincere, and straightforward
